  • Shared room descriptions:
    • Room 135 (the Fireplace Room): is outfitted with movable 2 person tables and chairs. This room comfortably seats 30 people.
    • Room 201 is contains one (1) large oval table that seats 10-12 and one (1) small round table that seats 4-6. This room is best suited for small groups and meetings, not classes.
    • Room 325 has 2 person movable tables and wheeled chairs. It is a classroom and seats 32 people.
  • Shared room 201 policy:
    • It is a priority for Nicholson 201 that it be available as much of the time as possible for defenses, committee meetings, and other such uses by CNES and CSCL. It is also best used by 10 people or fewer at a time. It is also desirable to minimize wear and maintenance problems for this room. For these reasons undergraduate classes will not be scheduled in this room; graduate seminars (enrollment 10 or fewer) may be scheduled here if no other suitable space is available
  • CNES and CSCL courses, meetings, and events have priority for the use of these shared rooms.
